Bron and Ryan's wedding was a beautiful say celebrating their love for one another. Married during the winter, and coming into the festive season, Bronwen opted for the seasonal pallete of winter reds, complimented by deep pinks and pale pinks for a gorgeous, striking bouquet.
Bronwen's choices for this wedding were very chic and elegant, while also bringing a very bold sense through in her flowers. Within her bouquet, I used a range of roses and spray roses in different colours and hues of red and pinks. With the asymetrical shape of her bouquet, the different shades stood out against eachother and created a really beautiful outcome. To create the asymetrical shape, I made sure the flowers were all different sizes and lengths, I also used antirrhinum to add some height at the sides and back of the bouquet. For other elements to add texture, I used skimmia and wax flower. Bronwen also wanted the bouquet to feel very light and bouncy, to achieve this I incorporated seeded eucalyptus and fern to give it some bounce and achieve a trailing effect.
Bronwen's bridesmaids all carried smaller versions of the bridal bouqet, all tied with long ribbon tails in baby pink, hot pink and burgundy, making them stand out against all of the red bridsmaid dresses and Bronwen's white wedding dress.
Buttonholes for the groom and his groomsmen were in a red spray rose, tied in a burgundy ribbon. The grooms buttonhole included a double flower, while the rest of his party had single flower buttonholes, to allow him to be a little different.
Thank you to Bronwen and Ryan for allowing me to help on their very special day.
